Cancellations If for any reason you are unable to make the appointment please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment 100% of the fee will be non refundable.
If you need to reschedule your appointment please contact us as soon as possible however it will be considered a cancellation and a fee will be applied if within 48 hours.
Payments A 10% deposit is required to secure the booking and full payment will be required by bank transfer 2 days before appointment.
Questionnaires/briefs Your style questionnaires must be filled and returned within a minimum of 2 days prior to the appointment. Appointments cannot proceed without this.
Attendees Unless otherwise specified appointments are for individuals and recommended that you attend alone.
Appointments For shopping sessions please ensure you wear comfortable footwear and avoid bringing too much to carry. The appointments can be very fast paced so we want to ensure that we use our time as efficiently as possible!
For wardrobe edits please be clear when booking how many wardrobes, drawers etc you have and also ensure that it is in a reasonable order.
